Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in automotive repair and maintenance preferred.
• Technical diploma or certification in automotive.
• At least 2 years of experience from Service Centers.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers.
• Proficient in using automotive diagnostic tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in Mandarin to liaise with customers.
