Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling scheduled appointments and walk-in service requests in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle reception inspections, accurately diagnose customer concerns, and identify preventive maintenance and upselling opportunities in accordance with manufacturer standards.
- Prepare clear and accurate job estimates, explain repair recommendations, and obtain customer approval prior to commencing any work.
- Commit and manage realistic service turnaround times by coordinating effectively with workshop, parts, and technical teams.
- Ensure all repair orders are properly documented in the Dealer Management System (DMS), including customer complaints, repair instructions, parts requirements, and promised delivery times.
