Service Advisor - Zeekr

About the role

This isn’t a typical service advisor seat. You’ll be the face and voice of Zeekr ownership — guiding customers through a brand they’re falling in love with, and an aftersales experience designed to feel as premium as the cars themselves.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Zeekr owners and deliver a service experience that matches the prestige of the brand
• Manage bookings, job cards, customer updates and invoicing with precision
• Liaise between customers, technicians and parts to keep every job running smoothly
• Build genuine, long‑term relationships with an engaged and growing customer base
• Champion EV servicing know‑how as the technology and the brand evolves
