About the role
This isn’t a typical service advisor seat. You’ll be the face and voice of Zeekr ownership — guiding customers through a brand they’re falling in love with, and an aftersales experience designed to feel as premium as the cars themselves.
Responsibilities
- Welcome Zeekr owners and deliver a service experience that matches the prestige of the brand
- Manage bookings, job cards, customer updates and invoicing with precision
- Liaise between customers, technicians and parts to keep every job running smoothly
- Build genuine, long‑term relationships with an engaged and growing customer base
- Champion EV servicing know‑how as the technology and the brand evolves
