Responsibilities:

• Grow the company's service agreement portfolio through new sales, renewals, and strong customer relationship management.
• Sell new and renewal service agreements to new and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and growth.
• Prepare quotations and tenders; negotiate terms in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation.
• Ensure accuracy of agreement, customer, and asset data.
• Conduct business reviews using the online customer portal.
• Coordinate smooth handovers to Administrators/Planners and manage contract updates.
