Service and Installation Engineer

Who You Are

In this role as our Service and Installation Engineer, you will support the installation of robots and robotic systems by providing technical assistance for our wide ranging customer base. This includes (but is not limited to) the setup, troubleshooting and repairing of robots and peripheral devices. You will manage installation, startup and debugging of the system/unit which will require travel to our various customer locations. You’ll need to rely on your technical expertise to successfully troubleshoot hardware, electrical and software issues.

+ Support the installation through buyoff, customer acceptance and production support

+ Provide timely reports that include progress, issues, status updates, and on-site planning
