Service and Program Staff - Arenas

Job Description

Under the general supervision of the Assistant Manager of Arenas and/or Co‑ordinator of Events and Administration or the Recreation Co‑ordinator and under the day‑to‑day direction of the Arena Maintenanceperson Lead Hand and/or Lead, Services and Programs, this position is responsible for providing front‑line customer service in a designated leisure program and/or services.
