We are hiring for a Service Associate - Credit.
As a Service Associate - Credit, we rely on you to:
Deliver statement of accounts
Follow up and collect payments and deposits of various clients
Work closely with the Credit Officer in monitoring assigned accounts
Coordinate with the Accounts Receivables team to ensure proper payment application
Perform other related tasks which may assigned
We Are Looking For Someone Who
Has preferably with minimum of 1 year experience as a Collector in a deluxe hotel.
Has solid background in Accounts Receivables
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Has a keen eye on details
