Role Overview

The Barista & Service Crew supports daily café operations by preparing beverages, serving customers, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. This role combines barista duties with front‑of‑house service to ensure a smooth and friendly customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, tea, and other café beverages according to standard recipes
• Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks to customers
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar, service counter, and dining area
• Assist with cashiering and basic POS operations
• Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies as needed
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service at all times
• Support opening and closing duties
• Follow hygiene, safety, and café SOPs
