Service Center Mobile Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain mobile devices (hardware and software).
• Provide front-line customer support, handling inquiries, complaints, and service updates professionally.
• Record and manage service requests using CRM/ticketing systems.
• Receive, inspect, store, and release inventory; ensure accurate stock records.
• Monitor inventory levels, support stock audits, and prepare basic reports.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and customer-ready service area.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient service center operations.
