Service Co-Ordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating services, planning, and managing the daily schedules of our service engineers, including their assignments and travel arrangements, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and work alongside the Service Manager to manage daily work schedules for service engineers, ensuring optimal utilization.
• Manage and monitor service job scheduling, allocating manpower to complete assigned tasks.
• Coordinate service attendances locally and overseas in response to clients' vessel demands.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and manage service engineers' attendances on board ships at Singapore Anchorage, ports, shipyards, and overseas (as required).
