NEOS Engineering Recruitment are working with a well-established, national plant hire business who are looking to appoint a Service Controller / Breakdown Manager for their busy Bradford depot.

This is a fast-paced, reactive role where you’ll be the heartbeat of the depot – managing breakdowns, scheduling engineers and keeping fleet downtime to an absolute minimum. You’ll be the link between customers, mobile engineers and the workshop, ensuring jobs are logged, prioritised and completed efficiently.

The Role:
• Managing incoming breakdown calls and prioritising response times
• Scheduling field engineers and allocating workloads effectively
• Liaising with customers to provide updates and manage expectations
