**What is the job about?**

The Service CoordinatorApply well-developed professional knowledge to liaise and build trust with customers, service staff and contractors regarding any scope of service work. Coordinate and schedule service operations and site visits.

Handle customer requests (phone calls, orders etc.) and prepare standard quotations.

He/she is responsible for customer satisfaction in the assigned market, is technical accountable and works -independently or together with ASP to address customer requests in an efficient and professional manner

**Your main responsibilities:**

+ Coordinate and schedule service operations (using Service Management System).
+ Liaise and build trust with customers, service staff, contractors (Authorized Service Partners) regarding any scope of on-site work, including Health &Safety aspects.
