Service Coordinator

**Position Summary**

The Service Coordinator will work closely with the Service Manager, Field Supervisors and other department team members to performing his/her duties and will report to the Service Business Supervisor.  The Service Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the service team, which may include data entry, reporting, and general office and administration duties to support both job sites and main office activities.

**Position Details**

+ New Customer Setup
+ Vendor Set Up/Credit Applications
+ COINS (ERP system) data entry and reporting – book quoted service order, enter budget, change orders, subcontract agreements, change orders, and job cost reports.
+ Assembles and tracks subcontracts, change orders, insurance certificates, billings, lien releases, and certified payroll when applicable
+ Tracks daily progress of Quoted Service Orders.  Analyze incurred costs, budget and profitability.
