Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Service handling (Retail, Online, CPJ, Corporate, Support team)
  • Scheduling and Dispatching (Daily Van Delivery arrangements)
  • Parts and Inventory Management (Parts request)
  • Service Records and Documentation
  • Coordinating with Technician and the customer
  • Reporting to HQ service department for parts request and service support.
  • Following up with the parts request and repair progress.
  • Quality control for goods, making sure items is working well before collection
