Service Coordinator – Peel (Waikiki & Shoalwater)

We’re looking for a Service Coordinator to lead Team Waikiki and Team Shoalwater, supporting 54 customers and guiding a team of around 15–20 support workers across the Peel region. 

At its core, this role is about people. It’s equal parts leadership, coordination, and connection. You’ll be creating the conditions for your team to do their best work, while making sure customers are supported to live the kind of life that feels right for them.
