Service Coordinator – Peru

The Position:
The Service Coordinator position is a Peru based position. This is a very dynamic and fast-track position reporting to the assigned Regional Service Manager. The position will be member of service team. This position will coordinate execution of all field service work and manage external communications with our Customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead regional team on complex field engineering assignments.
Interface with customers on a project-by-project basis to ensure the customer is up to date with the current status and schedule of the project.
Coach and develop your team to continue improving technically and providing high level support to internal and external customers.
Promote collaboration and encourage creativity within your team.
Promote safety, efficiency, and quality for the entire organization.
