Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Document, process and tracking service request and job order and service documentation.
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of the service team, daily service activity record and managing service data accounts.
- Coordinating the service team by managing daily schedules, filing important documents, prepare reports and communicating relevant information.
- Preparing and coordinating quotations with service team.
- Providing customer service, answer phone calls from customers, initially screen and address issues to proper channels.
- Provide after-sales and service support when needed.
- Manage other tasks that may assigned from time to time and your performance will also be evaluated on a monthly basis.
Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge in Heavy Equipment Industry especially in Excavator field.
