Service Coordinator - South East Ranges

A certificate four (or working towards) minimum qualification.

Full-time 12 month contract 

• $91,632 per annun + Super + Salary Packaging
• Supporting community teams in South Metro (South East Ranges)
• Hybrid flexible working model including working from home

Are you experienced in coordinating the delivery of support for people with general and high intensity needs funded through NDIS, working in partnership with Specialised Support Coordinators, Nurses, GP’s, Hospitals, Allied Health teams, and Positive Behaviour Support practitioners?

Do you have additional experience with:

• Planning, providing and monitoring services against budget
• Providing detailed reports to NDIS
• Leadership, recruitment, and development of teams
