Core Responsibilities Man the briyani kiosk and ensure smooth daily stall operations Prepare and serve briyani, curries and side dishes according to standard portions Handle cashiering duties, including POS operation, payment collection, and simple end-of-day cash tally Maintain food quality, freshness, and hygiene standards throughout service Refill food items, condiments, utensils, and packaging materials during operating hours Ensure cleanliness of the stall, service counter, equipment, and surrounding area Assist with opening and closing procedures (food prep, stock check, cleaning, equipment start-up/shutdown) Provide friendly customer service, including recommendations and handling customer queries Support basic inventory tasks such as stock rotation, receiving supplies, and reporting low stock Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper temperature control for hot food items Requirements Minimum educational qualification of 'O' or 'N' level.
