Job Summary

The Cashier is responsible for accurately handling customer payments, issuing receipts, and ensuring proper cash control while providing courteous and efficient service to guests.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer payments accurately (cash, card, e-wallets, and other approved payment methods)
• Issue official receipts and ensure correct billing
• Maintain and reconcile daily cash funds and sales reports
• Handle customer inquiries regarding bills and charges
• Coordinate with waiters and kitchen staff regarding orders and billing concerns
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
• Follow company policies on cash handling, POS use, and internal controls
