Service Crew

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Crew to join our Kaiten Sushi by JJC, a Halal-certified Japanese conveyor belt sushi restaurant located in Ipoh, Perak. As a Service Crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our customers. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

1. Welcoming and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Guiding customers through the menu and making recommendations based on their preferences
3. Taking customer orders accurately and communicating them to the kitchen in a timely manner
4. Keeping the dining area clean, tidy and well-stocked
5. Assisting with the preparation and presentation of sushi and other menu items
6. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests promptly
7. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
