Service Crew

Key Responsibilities:

1. Take food and beverage orders accurately.
2. Serve food and drinks promptly.
3. Ensure tables are clean & tidy.
4. Handle customer requests or complaints professionally.
5. Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
6. Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards.

Requirements:

1. Minimum SPM or equivalent.
2. Experience in F&B service is an advantage.
3. Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
