Service Crew

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional service to customers.
• Take and process food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks to tables (for dine-in customers).
• Prepare and pack food and beverages according to company SOPs.
• Clean tables, counters, and dining areas after customers have finished eating.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters, and premises.
• Handle customer payments (cash/e-wallet) when assigned as cashier.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Certificate in a related field.
• Able to work flexible hours (night shifts/early shifts), weekends, and public holidays.
• Self-disciplined, hardworking, obedient to instructions, a team player, and skilled in maintaining cleanliness.
