Job Summary

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized bar area.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes and portion controls
• Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner to enhance their dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper sanitation of the bar area and equipment
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or breakages to the supervisor
