Service Crew

I. BASIC FUNCTION

In charge in the preparation of food that are for display in the counter. See to it that the presentations of food are in good condition and can attract customers.

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. In-charge in cleaning of counter table, tables, kitchen area before and end of duty.

2. Cleans of selling area and see to it that the food is properly displayed.

3. Washes dirty dishes, plates ware and other utensils.

4. Ensures counter equipment are clean and in good conditions.

5. Assists customer on the selection of menu they preferred.

6. Maybe assign to other satellites stations. Knows how to cook and do monitoring of stocks.

7. Works well under pressure and can accommodate customer in a given time.

8. Maintains cleanliness in all work areas from time to time; ensure all food and other items are stored property.
