About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Service Crew to join our team at MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. in Santa Rosa City Laguna. As a full-time Service Crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

What you'll be doing

1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen staff
3. Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and organised manner
4. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including setting and clearing tables
5. Assist with light food preparation tasks as needed
6. Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns promptly
7. Adhere to all health and safety regulations
