As a valued member of the service team at IPG Hospitality's Indian restaurant, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable dining experience for our guests. As a Service Crew member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant. We have two restaurants in Singapore. Akasa at 79 Robinson Road CapitaSky and Indus Folk at 8A Marina Boulevard. Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, assist with seating, and provide menus promptly. Take and accurately record food and beverage orders, catering to any special requests or dietary restrictions. Ensure prompt and attentive service throughout the dining experience.
Table Maintenance: Set up and maintain clean and organized dining tables, ensuring they are properly set according to restaurant standards. Clear tables efficiently, removing used dishes and utensils promptly....
