Service Crew

Responsibilities: 

1. Provide a positive customer experience with fair friendly and courteous service
2. Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries
3. Greet and direct guest to designated room
4. Record orders serve food and beverages
5. Input orders into point-of-sales system
6. Provide basic technical support mic checks karaoke system checks
7. Maintain a safe and clean environment
8. Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work
9. Communicate effectively with team members and management
10. Ensure a neat and tidy appearance
11. Comfortable with handling alcoholic beverages
