Service Crew

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback with a positive attitude
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations
Process payments using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions
Restock and replenish service items as needed
Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements
Prior experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage but not required
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
