Service Crew/Cashier

A service crew member provides fast, friendly, and efficient service in restaurants or retail, handling tasks like greeting customers, taking orders, processing payments, and preparing food. They maintain dining area cleanliness, follow safety standards, and ensure a positive customer experience, often working flexible shifts including weekends. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Customer Service: Greeting guests, taking accurate orders, and handling inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Food Preparation/Service: Preparing food and beverages, assembling orders, and serving them, including in drive-thru lanes.
• Cashiering: Processing payments (cash, credit card) and ensuring the cash register is accurate.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Cleaning tables, mopping floors, washing dishes/cutlery, and ensuring the dining area is sanitary.
• Inventory & Stocking: Restocking supplies, condiments, and ingredients.
