Service Delivery Coordinator

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Service Delivery Coordinator. The individual will be responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery, achieving customer satisfaction, and coordinating between teams to address client needs. Daily tasks include monitoring and improving service workflows, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring processes run smoothly to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Service Delivery and process coordination capabilities
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Analytical Skills and problem-solving methods
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Experience within data or economic analysis fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is beneficial
