Service Delivery Coordinator

SCG, one of South Africa's leading providers of hosted telephony, cloud and IT services, connectivity and data solutions, is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to support the successful delivery of customer orders.

This role is responsible for coordinating service delivery activities across multiple teams, tracking progress, managing stakeholders, and ensuring services are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of multiple service delivery orders at various stages of provisioning
• Coordinate and track the delivery of voice, connectivity and networking services
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and third-party contractors to ensure timely delivery
