Service Delivery Director

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud and hybrid infrastructure services, ensuring SLA compliance, operational excellence, and high customer satisfaction within a Government Shared Services environment.
• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across cloud platforms, hybrid infrastructure, networks, servers, storage, databases, and enterprise monitoring solutions.
• Build strong partnerships with Government Shared Services Center stakeholders, ensuring services align with business, governance, and operational needs.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing service delivery teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Establish and optimize service delivery processes using ITIL or similar frameworks, driving automation and service quality improvements.
