Service & Delivery Engineer

The Service & Delivery Engineer (Audio Visual Industry) is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support, system maintenance, and AV solution deployment for enterprise and commercial clients. This role requires strong hands‑on engineering skills, in-depth knowledge of conferencing and integrated AV systems, and the ability to ensure seamless service delivery. The engineer will work closely with project, operations, and support teams to guarantee system reliability, optimize performance, and maintain exceptional client satisfaction.
