Role Overview

We are looking for a Service Delivery Executive Intern who is serious about building a long-term career in IT service delivery and operations.

In this role, you will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager and Recruitment Manager, gaining hands-on exposure to international IT support projects, engineer coordination, screening calls, and client-facing service delivery processes.

This internship will lead to a confirmed full-time position based on performance, discipline, and commitment.
