Service Delivery Management Analyst (Santiago)

Our client is looking for the Business IT Analyst to join their team in Chile. The professional will be responsible for guiding the business and staff areas into the digitalization wave, by introducing new technologies in their activities or in their whole processes, in alignment with the corporate and country strategy.

• Be the IT/Business liaison to understand and manage digitalization initiatives.
• Analyze business processes holistically to identify efficiencies through automations, systematization, or other technologies.
• Develop executive level communication to drive the decision-making process among project sponsors and other senior executives within the company.
• Project management of the business or support areas in close coordination with key business stakeholders, suppliers, integral and the local IT team, ensuring to deliver on scope, time, quality and cost.
