Service Delivery Manager – Infrastructure and Cloud Services

Position Description:

We are looking for a proactive and client oriented Service Delivery Manager – Infrastructure and Cloud Services to ensure the operational excellence of IT services across a complex and evolving environment.
As SDM Infra, you act as the strategic link between our clients, technical teams, and delivery operations locally, nearshore and offshore . You oversee the end to end performance of infrastructure and cloud services, ensure stability and reliability, manage SLAs, and guide continuous improvement initiatives.
You are the person who guarantees that IT infrastructure and cloud not only runs smoothly, but evolves in line with business needs.
