Service Delivery Manager (IT MSP)

We’re working with a well-established managed services provider who are growing their Service Delivery team in Ireland. This is a newly created role, joining a small, high-performing team that genuinely enjoys working together and takes pride in delivering a top-class service to customers.

The Role

As a Service Delivery Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of customers, ensuring services are delivered to a high standard and continually improved over time.

You’ll act as the key point of contact for your clients, managing relationships at a senior level while working closely with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
