Overview
Job Purpose: We are recruiting for the Procure To Pay Service Deliver Lead (Tower Lead) who is responsible for the overall purchase to pay activities and teams across the Middle East and Africa Markets (MEA), based in the MEA Hub in Karachi. The role focuses on delivering on Operational requirements as well as Strategic initiatives aligned to the broader GSK and Global Finance Service strategy. The Service Delivery Lead will emphasize Operational work, Continuous Improvements, Projects, Stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, people and team management, and any other ad-hoc requirements. The role requires deep knowledge of end-to-end Procure to Pay processes, strong stakeholder and team management, and oversight of a Business Process Owner (BPO) for activities performed remotely.
