Service Delivery Manager

Job Purpose
We are currently recruiting for a high caliber individual for the Procure To Pay Service Deliver Lead (Tower Lead) role who is responsible for the overall purchase to pay activities and teams across the Middle East and Africa Markets (MEA) based in the MEA Hub in Karachi. The role focuses on delivering on Operational requirements as well as Strategic initiatives aligned to the broader GSK and Global Finance Service strategy. The Service Delivery Lead will focus on Operational, Continuous Improvements, Projects, Stakeholder's management, cross functional collaboration, people and team management responsibilities as well as any other ad-hoc requirement. Such role will require deep knowledge of Procure to Pay end to end processes, excellent Stakeholders and Team management as well as having oversight of a Business Process Owner (BPO) for activities performed remotely.
