A global technology services provider is establishing a new Network Operations Centre team in Kuala Lumpur to support one of the world's most advanced data centre network environments. As part of a strategic expansion of its global follow the sun model, the organisation is investing heavily in its KL operations and appointing a Service Delivery Manager to lead this new function.
This is a high visibility leadership opportunity within a large scale, AI driven, highly automated data centre environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, leading, and maturing a Network Operations team supporting mission critical infrastructure at global scale.
