As a service delivery manager, you are the single point of contact responsible for planning and executing projects and/or managed services for our customers. In this role, you manage Ordina teams with the goal of customer satisfaction. You make correct schedules and ensure clear agreements. You communicate at different levels in the customer organization and build and maintain customer relationships. You help build, expand and improve our services.
