The Service Delivery Manager acts as a liaison between IT and other business units in the organization. The position is responsible for ensuring that IT services are delivered to WCB business stakeholders efficiently, effectively and in alignment with business needs.
An important part of this role is to manage service performance, maintain high stakeholder satisfaction, and ensure adherence to service level objectives, including the service levels and performance of vendors and support partners. The Service Delivery Manager will coordinate with internal teams to resolve service disruptions, ensure timely resolution of issues, and act as the primary point of contact for escalations related to the service.
