Your position

At Credendo, the SAP landscape plays a crucial role in our business processes. As a Service Delivery Manager for SAP, you are responsible for the end-to-end management of the SAP applications and associated services. You ensure that the applications function high-performance, securely and in accordance with the business objectives, in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

  • You will be part of the SIAM team and work closely with the CCOE manager, the business process owners and project teams.
  • You are the central point of contact for all SAP-related services (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Fiori, etc.) and monitor compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • You coordinate incident, problem and change management for the SAP landscape.
  • You manage contracts and performance of external suppliers and follow up on projects and upgrades.
