Service Delivery Manager, Student Information Systems

Location - This role is hybrid with a mix of remote and in-person. Work primarily takes place at Enterprise Square.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Enterprise Systems, the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) of Student Information Systems (SIS) is a key leadership role responsible for the effective delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of the University of Alberta's Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS) and related enterprise applications. As the primary liaison between institutional stakeholders, internal technical teams, and external managed service partners, the SDM ensures reliable application performance, service excellence, and the advancement of new development initiatives aligned with University strategy.
