Service Delivery Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Service Delivery Manager (IT Asset Management) to lead and optimize the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets across the organization. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient asset utilization, compliance with company and regulatory standards, and alignment of IT asset management (ITAM) practices with overall service delivery goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets — including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal — ensuring accurate tracking and optimization.
• Manage and enhance IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes to support business continuity, cost efficiency, and governance.
• Lead a team responsible for asset tracking, inventory audits, software license compliance, and hardware lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT operations to forecast asset needs, manage budgets, and ensure timely provisioning.
