Service Delivery Manager

**Job Description:**



1. Ensure project objectives are met on time, on budget, and on scope based on contract.

2. Provide supporting data and report for billing, period-end closing and other requirements.

3. Collaborating with AMS Practice Manager and Resource Manager to ensure resources mobilization.

4. Actively monitoring customer satisfaction, identifying customer needs and expectations and implementing measures to increase customer satisfaction.

5. Monitoring deviations to maintain service quality (i.e SLA) and optimizing service provision across all delivery units.

6. Monitoring and managing the budget to ensure that the predetermined amount is not exceeded.

7. Communicate effectively with the relevant stakeholders to discuss service updates, problem resolution and future potential optimization & improvement on Customer Service matters.
