Job Description: Service Delivery Officer
We are looking for a meticulous, dedicated and detail-oriented Service Delivery Officer to manage the full lifecycle of customer order processing. This role ensures all customer requests are accurately validated, recorded, and maintained across various internal systems within expected timelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Review & Validate Incoming Requests
· Review incoming customer requests for completeness and accuracy
- Clarify missing or ambiguous information and decompose order components to determine the appropriate order types
· Create orders in the ECOM system and ensure all related ties are properly established (Project, Bill Dependency, Circuit)
2. Customer & Account Management
- Issue order acknowledgement emails to customers/requestors
- Process amendments to orders and Customer Required Dates (CRDs)
