Service Delivery Operations Lead

Storage services is responsible for the engineering and operation of cloud and edge backups, disaster recovery and IaaS cloud storage services.

This role is for an engineering lead covering all platforms, including the oversight of operations in the AMR time zone.

Responsibilities include accountability for engineering solutions, involvement in high-impact incidents as SME and people management.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9-18.
