Role Overview

The Serious Delivery Manager is responsible for running customer compliance projects end‑to‑end and owning the customer relationship throughout implementation. This role coordinates technical specialists to successfully deliver ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications, manages timelines and deliverables, and ensures customers pass audits with confidence.
